Most company Christmas dinners follow the same script: drinks, seated dinner, speeches and party. Food carts fit into the gaps. On arrival, a hot chocolate cart welcomes guests, especially if they have to wait outside. With dessert, the chocolate fountain or the waffle cart adds a sweet moment. Book early
December fills up: how to organise it
- Book early. Company parties cluster in December and dates sell out. If you can, book in October or November.
- Allow time for branding. If you want boxes, cones or cups with your logo or a festive message, order them several weeks ahead; they are printed in runs from around 1,000 units. Cart panels need one working week.
- Outdoors in winter. For markets or terraces, the cart must be under cover with a socket nearby.
- Night-time hours. Late snacks and early-hours dismantling are factored into the quote.
- Several sites. If the company celebrates in Barcelona and Madrid, we can be in both cities.
