Logistics
How we organise an event in Madrid
As we travel from Barcelona, we plan the trip ahead. So for an event in Madrid we ask you to book early, especially with branding: panels and packaging are produced beforehand and travel already fitted to the cart.
- Book early. We recommend a month, more in trade show season.
- Operator. If the cart comes with an operator, we plan it with the trip. For some carts and cities it is best to confirm well ahead.
- Several days. At multi-day shows at IFEMA, the cart stays set up on your stand.
- Travel. Transport is included in the quote and depends on distance.
- One brand, two cities. If your company has events in Madrid and Barcelona in the same week, we can cover both.
