Custom popcorn boxes
The popcorn box is what guests carry around the trade show, to their conference seat or to the wedding table. If it has your logo, your brand travels all over the event. We print custom popcorn boxes, cones and bags, and serve them from our carts.
Formats
Branded popcorn box sizes
We work with two box sizes for which we have print templates. If you need another format, ask us.
Small box
12.5 x 5.3 x 5.3 cm (Height x Width x Depth). The classic 45 g cinema box, our carts' standard serving.
Large box
20 x 8.5 x 8.5 cm (Height x Width x Depth). A bigger serving and more space for your design; the cart serves half as many boxes per hour.
Paper cones
Paper cones for popcorn and candy floss, printed with your logo.
Bags
Candy floss or popcorn bags with your brand, easy to carry around.
Print runs and lead times
How many boxes to order, and when
Custom popcorn boxes are printed in runs, from around 1,000 units. That suits a multi-day trade show or several events for the same brand. Ask us if you need fewer.
To work out how many you need, think about the cart's pace: our popcorn cart serves about 60 small boxes an hour. With the large box, half that. If you expect more people, we add carts or suggest the XXL popcorn wagon. There is more detail in how much popcorn per person.
Printing takes longer than the cart panels. As a guide, order boxes with several weeks to spare and check with us before fixing your date.

Questions about the boxes
Do you sell the boxes without the cart?
We prepare custom boxes to serve from our carts at your event. If you need something else, ask us.
Which box size do you recommend?
The small 45 g box is the standard serving and is quicker to serve. The large one gives a bigger serving and more design space, but the cart serves half as many per hour.
What is the minimum order?
They are printed in runs, from around 1,000 units. Ask us about smaller quantities.
Can the popcorn match my brand colour?
Sweet popcorn can: red, blue, pink and other colours. Gold is not possible and each cart makes one colour.
