Hot chocolate cart hire for events

A freshly poured cup of hot chocolate, with your branding

Hot chocolate cart hire gives your guests exactly what they want when it is cold. We set up a stand with dispensers, our team serves the chocolate in cups and the smell does the rest. It works at Christmas markets, ice rinks, winter fairs and corporate events across Spain.

What hot chocolate cart hire includes

We bring a hot chocolate station ready to serve from the first minute:

  • The stand and dispensers, with everything needed to serve.
  • Chocolate and cups in the quantity booked.
  • Staff to serve your guests.
  • Delivery, set-up and collection: 30 minutes to set up and another 30 to pack away.

Depending on the format, toppings or extras can be added. Ask us what is available for your event.

How the hot chocolate station works

Our team gets the station ready before your guests arrive. The chocolate stays hot in the dispensers throughout the service and every guest gets a freshly poured cup.

Service runs non-stop for the hours booked. The smell of chocolate draws people in by itself, so the stand quickly becomes a meeting point, especially at outdoor winter events.

How much chocolate you need: litres and cups

Each dispenser holds 10 litres, enough for about 55 cups of 180 ml. That makes planning easy: count your guests, think about how many will come back for more and book the litres you need. With big crowds we top up during the service.

We keep an eye on temperature: we serve it at 65 to 70 °C, its ideal point, and never above 75 °C. Over 80 °C chocolate burns and loses flavour.

The chocolate contains milk and may contain soya. The full allergen sheet is available.

Branded hot chocolate for your event

A hot chocolate stand is a great place for your brand: the front panel and the top sign can carry your logo and message instead of the generic lettering.

Since every guest walks away with a cup in hand, you can also ask us about cups and napkins with your logo, depending on quantities and lead times. That way your brand travels around the venue. More on our branded food carts page.

Allow around two weeks to prepare the graphics.

Events it suits

Technical requirements: space and power

Each dispenser measures 57 x 40 x 32 cm (H x W x D) and weighs 10 kg. For the full stand we need:

  • A level area of 300 x 250 cm (W x D), with room for guests to come up.
  • A standard socket: the dispenser draws 400 W.

Before opening we check the equipment and the chocolate temperature.

How to book hot chocolate for your event

Christmas dates fill up early, so it pays to book ahead. To prepare your proposal we need:

  • The date and times of the event and the service.
  • The full address and an on-site contact.
  • An approximate guest count, to work out litres and cups.
  • Whether you want branding, so we can allow production time.

Your booking is confirmed with a 50% advance payment. If your event runs for several days, such as a Christmas market or an ice rink, we will put together a proposal for the whole period.
