The cost of hiring a food cart depends on your event: which cart, how many hours, how many guests, whether it carries your brand and where it is. That is why we do not have a single rate. We explain what affects the cost and prepare a fixed quote with no surprises.

Serving hours

Carts are hired by the hour. More hours mean more consumables and more operator time.

Servings and guests

Guest numbers set the servings and, if needed, how many carts to avoid queues.

Which cart, and how many

A popcorn cart is not priced like a pizza or burger cart, which need more equipment and ingredients.

Branding

Panels, wraps, canopy, boxes or cones with your logo. Each item is quoted separately.

Travel

We set off from Barcelona. Transport depends on distance; outside Catalonia it is quoted by city.

Set-up and schedules

Very early set-ups, late-night dismantling or multi-day shows change the quote.

What popcorn cart hire includes

Take our most popular cart as an example. When we send you a quote for the popcorn cart, it already includes:

the cart, checked and clean;
delivery, set-up and dismantling;
corn, oil, salt or special sugar and packaging for the service booked;
the operator during serving hours, if booked with one.

Quoted separately: branding of the cart and boxes, extra hours and special colours. The same applies, with their own ingredients, to the other carts.

Tips

How to get a good price

Book early. Trade show season, summer and December are busy. With a month's notice you have more options.
Match the hours to the key moment. You rarely need a cart all day: the coffee break or the reception is often enough.
Group carts. Several carts at the same event share delivery and set-up.
Choose branding wisely. Cart panels and a run of boxes give plenty of visibility. You do not need to brand everything.
Give us real guest numbers. That way we calculate the right servings, without running short or overpaying.

Why don't you publish prices?

Because they vary a lot with hours, guests, city and branding. We would rather give you an exact figure for your event than a rate that looks nothing like the invoice.

Is delivery included?

Yes, the quote always includes delivery, set-up and dismantling. Its cost depends on where the event is.

Can I hire a cart without an operator?

For some simple carts, such as popcorn, yes: we show you how it works on delivery. We confirm it for each cart and event.

How do I pay?

50% when you book, by invoice, and the rest as agreed in the quote.
